Leon Edwards and Kamaru Usman complete their trilogy of fights at London’s O2 Arena this Saturday, headlining a stacked UFC 286 fight card in England’s capital city.
UK fighter, Edwards won the Welterweight championship in empathic style with a fifth round KO in Salt Lake City last year, and we asked a selection of Blockasset athletes to make their predictions for the six featured fights on our new-look Block Six game, ahead of this weekend’s action.
FIGHT ONE: EDWARDS v USMAN
Leon Edwards stunned Kamaru Usman, and the MMA world, when his left foot met the Nigerian Nightmare’s temple in the fifth minute of the fifth round of their second UFC fight in Utah.
With the scorecards firmly in favour of an Usman victory, Edwards pulled a spectacular finish out of the bag, avenging his previous decision defeat to then-champ Usman.
Whilst the bookmakers are still firmly in favour of Usman regaining his title this weekend, history is on Edwards’ side. In the history of all immediate rematches in the UFC, only 3-11 fighters have managed to regain their title. Usman will be hoping to join Amanda Nunes, Randy Couture and Blockasset athlete Deiveson Figueredo in the history books.
In anticipation of Saturday’s fight, we asked a council of Blockasset athletes to make their picks for the main event:
Alex Pereira - Leon Edwards
Arnold Allen - Leon Edwards
Michael Chiesa - Kamaru Usman
Caio Borralho - Kamaru Usman

FIGHT TWO: GAETHJE v FIZIEV
Another Blockasset man takes to the octagon in the evening’s co-main event, with Rafael Fiziev stepping up in test to take on former interim UFC Lightweight Champion Justin Gaethje.
Ranked 5 (Gaethje) and 6 (Fiziev) respectively, this is a critical fight as both athletes look to underline their credentials at championship level. But what way do the Blockasset athletes see this one going?
Alex Pereira - Justin Gaethje
Arnold Allen - Rafael Fiziev
Michael Chiesa - Justin Gaethje
Caio Borralho - Justin Gaethje

FIGHT THREE: WOOD v CAROLINA
Scotland's Joanne Wood will look to put a disappointing run of form behind her when she meets Brazilian Muay Thai specialist Luana Carolina.
Wood goes into this fight with four defeats in her last five outings, but she'll take heart that all four of those defeats came at the hands of former title challengers, including a defeat to newly-crowned flyweight champion Alexa Grasso last year.
Alex Pereira - Joanne Wood
Arnold Allen - Joanne Wood
Michael Chiesa - Joanne Wood
Caio Borralho - Luana Carolina

Jack Shore suffered the first defeat of his promising career last time out, forcing a move up to the featherweight division.
